Taming Sari Tower is located at Jalan Merdeka, Bandar Hilir, Malacca. Taming Sari Tower, Malacca is 3 minutes away from Dataran Pahlawan Megamall and Mahkota Parade Shopping Complex. The Central location of the tower is just 350 metres away from St. Paul's Hill. It is situated near to local popular and renowned attractions, The Stadthuys and Cheng Ho Culture Museum, which located 420 metres and 450 metres away from Taming Sari Tower Malacca. 

  Taming Sari Tower was opened to the public in April 2008. It is so far the one and only gyro tower in Malaysia. The name is adapted from Sari Keris, a mythical weapon is said to has the possessive power belongs to the local legendary warrior Hang Tuah. The structure design of the tower follows the shape of the Keris. The tower is 110 metres in height revolves 360-degree that manages to provide a panoramic and interesting view of Malacca state within 7 minutes. The 7 minutes ride will host a great sight of the town such as St. Paul's Hill, Melaka River Cruise, St. JohnFort and Portuguese Square.

Apart from that, the tower is built with advanced Swiss technology that could absorb earthquakes measuring 10 Richter scales and able to accommodate 66 people at a time. The Menara Taming Sari ticketing building is fitted with 5 commercial outlets that are facilitated with a cafe, restaurant and souvenirs shops.
  

Taming Sari Tower can attract the eyes of the traveller and guest to watch the scenery of the world heritage city from 80 metres high. The ticket price for adult is RM20.00, child is RM10.00, and senior citizen for RM17.00. They are special price for school students. For primary school, the ticket price is RM5.00, and for the secondary school is RM8.00.

 The operation hour starts from 10.00 a.m until 10.00 p.m daily.
